Things 10 and 11

I edited the group document by setting the line space to double and added my comment as to what I corrected. It is an efficient way to share and edit documents. A situation with a patron actually came up the other day, too, in which we suggested using Google docs as a good way to handle her problem.
I also added my slides to the group slide show and look forward to seeing the finished presentation on the blog site.
